Title: Customer Service Rep
Location: This is a remote/work from home (WFH),
Duration: 3+ Months
Do you have compassion and a passion to help others? If you are a highly motivated individual with customer service experience and excellent communication skills, we need you to help our customers who want us to prepare their tax returns. You will be working toward advancing our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World” by providing a warm welcome and great first impression of Intuit services. You will also play an important role in our effort to enhance our brand by delighting our customers and empowering them to complete their taxes using our services.
Additional Responsibilities
- Help TurboTax customers who want us to prepare their taxes
- Answering key questions
- Gathering key information and documents
- Creating key notes for a seamless transition to the filing agent
- Create high quality customer interactions and experiences that instill confidence using deep customer empathy, and your knowledge in the field of customer service.
- Document customer interactions
- Work continuously toward meeting company KPI metrics and Big Bet Goals.
- Participate in pilot testing, projects, and experience validations, as needed.
Required:
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of Customer Service experience
