What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Act as a liaison between the employer, customers, and patients, ensuring all inquiries are addressed
- Resolve customer requests using internal software and procedures while maintaining a courteous demeanor
- Conduct thorough research to manage complex inquiries and maintain accurate medical records
- Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
- Apply standard troubleshooting procedures to resolve basic technological issues
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role
- Minimum of 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office suite products
- Reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 50 Mbps
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service orientation
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Associate degree or higher
- 1 or more years of experience in a medical background or healthcare industry
- Experience working in a contact center or call center environment
- Familiarity with software applications such as Salesforce.com or Laboratory Information Systems
- Ability to navigate multiple systems concurrently with strong computer competency
