Job Description

Posted on: July 10, 2025

We’re Sprint Enterprise Technology – a growing fintech company, doing big things in the UK wealth management industry, and we have the awards to prove it! Our mission is to bring about a more open and integrated wealth management industry by enabling the flow of rich and accurate data between systems.

We provide two products:

  • Fastrak: our financial reporting software that financial advisers rely on to deliver high-quality, customisable financial reports to their clients.
  • FINIO: our rapidly growing, innovative, award-winning data hub that intelligently connects investment platforms with software providers and financial advice firms for the flow of investment data.

As we continue to expand our business, we are looking for an Operations Analyst to help us handle admin, streamline our processes, and support our project management capabilities. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high-performing team where your growth and development will be a top priority.

We are a fully remote, UK-based team.

What you will do

  • Support projects and task management in our management software (Monday.com) by tracking task progress, managing deadlines, and organising documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings and manage diaries for the tech and management teams, including agenda preparation and note-taking.
  • Support and improve the onboarding of new clients, including setting up clients’ access to our systems, and ensuring we get all required information quickly.
  • Monitor communications channels such as the shared mailbox, and act as a point of contact for basic client queries.
  • Assist with internal reporting and documentation, including proof-reading and formatting reports, presentations, and client communications.
  • Liaise with internal teams to gather updates, follow up on actions, and identify issues.
  • Lead on staff engagement initiatives, including managing satisfaction surveys, planning in-person team days, and coordinating virtual social events.

Who we are looking for

  • An exceptional analyst with a 2:1 degree or higher in any subject, or at least 2 years relevant experience.
  • Highly organised and proactive, with strong attention to detail.
  • An analytical, problem-solving mindset.
  • Comfortable managing a range of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • An excellent communicator, able to coordinate across teams.
  • Tech-savvy, quick to pick up new technologies, and keen to research and implement new tools with a focus on AI and automation.
  • Willing to take ownership of internal processes and improve our ways of working.
  • Friendly, reliable, and eager to help others with whatever needs to be done – your work will cover all areas of the business.
  • Ambitious, and motivated to learn, grow, and contribute in a small, fully remote company.
  • Comfortable working from home – we’re a 100% remote team.
  • Legally authorised to work in the UK without sponsorship.
  • Experience in the wealth management industry, or with coding or project management is desirable.

What we can offer you

  • Salary: £30,000
  • A fully remote role (working from home) with occasional funded company meet-ups
  • Flexible working hours
  • 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), increasing with length of service, plus an extra day off on your birthday
  • 2 days of volunteering leave to support a charitable cause
  • Holiday purchase scheme (buy or sell up to 5 days)
  • Life assurance
  • A wellbeing package incl. gym discounts and access to coaching and counselling
  • Enhanced parental leave
  • Contribution to private health cover
  • Contributory pension scheme
  • Personal development/training budget, and mentoring from experienced team members
  • Salary sacrifice options (e.g. extra pension contributions, electric vehicle purchase)

We’re committed to fostering a diverse, equal, and inclusive workplace at Sprint. We believe that innovation thrives when we embrace various perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences. We are creating an environment where everyone is valued, respected, and empowered to contribute to their full potential. We encourage applications from people of all genders, races, ethnicities, sexual orientations, neurodiversity, abilities, and backgrounds. We are building a workplace that reflects the diverse communities we serve.
