Role Overview We are looking for strong technical professionals to join the Microsoft Product team. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: You will engage with customers, provide demonstrations, and offer support for Copilot features. They should be able to explain and showcase how Copilot can enhance productivity and streamline tasks.
- Technical Expertise: You must possess a deep understanding and hands-on experience with M365 Admin Centre, Office applications and Copilot functionalities. This includes proficiency in Exchange, OneDrive, Sharepoint, Teams, and other related applications.
- Feedback Collection: You will gather feedback from customers regarding their experiences with Copilot. This feedback will be crucial for identifying areas of improvement and enhancing the overall user experience.
- Training and Support: You will provide support and demonstrations to customers, ensuring they are well-versed in utilizing Copilot to its full potential. You should be able to address any technical issues and provide solutions promptly.
- Documentation: You will create and maintain documentation related to Copilot usage, best practices, and troubleshooting guides. This will serve as a valuable resource for both customers and internal teams.
