Summary:

• Deliver security solutions to clients in Asia Pacific, including solution architectures, technology implementations, and client support.

• Operate as the technical conduit between the client and NCC Group.

• Flexibility and desire to collaborate with local and global teams.

• Understand NCC Group’s technical portfolio to design, implement and maintain technical solutions.

• Become the “techie friend” of the client, providing go to advice and support for security solutions.

• Creative with focus on technical process improvement and efficiency.

• Communication of Technical Risk to key NCC Group and client stakeholders.

• Occasional travel to clients and conferences.

• Ability to work Australian East Coast business hours.

Experience:

• A deep understanding of technology and processes related to the Security Operation Centres (Splunk SIEM and Microsoft Security tooling mandatory, and CrowdStrike ideally but not required), and related SOC activities.

• Knowledge of vulnerability management and tooling such as Qualys or Tenable.

• Experience in designing, implementing and supporting client solutions.

• Cyber Security Expert with evidence of continuous learning and up to date knowledge of the industry and its challenges and solutions.

• An analytical mind able to visualise, conceptualise, articulate problems and construct solutions.

• Represent NCC Group Asia Pacific in conferences, and client-facing events.

• Excellent written communication skills: the ability to structure and articulate written and verbal communications in a persuasive and succinct form as well as grammatically correct.

• Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to manage key stakeholders at all levels.

• Information Security related degree or equivalent experience.
