📍 Location: US Remote
💰 Compensation: $250K–$280K OTE (60/40 split) + equity/stock options
Scout Global are currently partnering with a fast-growing Cybersecurity / GRC company looking to hire a Founding Channel Account Manager to lead and expand a small number of high-value strategic partnerships across the United States.
This is a highly visible, revenue-impacting role working closely with executive leadership, focused on turning strategic partnerships into measurable pipeline and commercial growth.
🔎 The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll own relationships with key partners, developing joint motions, and playing the central role in helping to scale partner-driven revenue across enterprise accounts.
💼 What You’ll Be Doing
- Own end-to-end relationships with strategic alliance and channel partners
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across partner sales and leadership teams
- Act as the primary liaison between internal GTM teams and external partners
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market and co-sell strategies
- Drive pipeline generation and revenue through partner-led opportunities
- Enable partner teams on messaging, positioning, and use cases
- Support active enterprise deal cycles alongside Account Executives
- Create partner playbooks, enablement materials, and repeatable processes
- Track pipeline performance and partner success metrics
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams
âś… Who you are
- 5+ years in channel sales, alliances or partnerships within Cybersecurity or GRC
- Experience working with consulting, advisory, or strategic ecosystem partners
- Strong understanding of partner-driven GTM and co-selling motions
- Proven ability to generate pipeline aligned to field sales teams
- Experience engaging enterprise markets such as the Bay Area, Chicago, or Texas preferred
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised, data-driven, and comfortable working cross-functionally
