Location: Field Based Function: Sales Internal Job Title: Senior Associate, Training The successful candidate will reside within the designated geographical territory. This is a field-based role, covering the regions of the Home Counties: Buckinghamshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Kent, Surrey, Sussex, and Oxfordshire. Unrestricted travel within these areas is required, along with occasional overnight stays as necessary.What’s in it for you?

About the Role: Reporting to the Product and Compliance Training Manager, this role primarily focuses on delivering comprehensive training and support across all product categories and industry segments, guided by a structured training program. The scope of this role includes supporting the NHS and private hospitals, while also addressing the training needs across other industry segments. Key Responsibilities
- Provide training across all product categories, utilising a structured program with CPD (Continuing Professional Development) accreditation.
- Represent SC Johnson Professional at conferences, events, and industry gatherings.
- Conduct detailed surveys and audits at key sites to ensure compliance and optimal product use.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to deliver targeted support for key accounts including End Users and Distributors.
Experience you’ll bring:
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Knowledge of Infection Prevention & Control
- Recognised Training qualification and/or experience
