Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Document Collection Agent at Reps-Direct Limited. We are looking for multiple positions throughout the UK due to continued growth as a company. The Document Collection Agent will be responsible for tasks such as debt collection documentation, Imagery for housing dis-repair claims, wet signed documentation, uploading and posting documents, ID verification, Communication with clients, Providing customer service, and handling financial documents.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
• Experience in handling finance documentation
• ability to export using PDF and images as JPEG
• Uploading documents to an online portal and posting
• Ability use Word to write reports when needed
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in document handling
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Previous experience in document collection or related field is a plus
• Knowledge of GDPR regulations and data security practices
• Full UK driving license requires
• Full clean DBS check
• ICO data protection license.
