Customer Support Specialist (Dutch-Speaking) – Remote
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Dutch-speaking Customer Expert to join a global team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will provide high-quality after-sales support primarily through email and chat (with minimal phone interaction) and handle essential back-office tasks. You will serve as a key point of contact for resolving everyday customer inquiries, including delivery tracking, damaged goods, and product exchanges.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive after-sales support via email and chat channels, with occasional phone inquiries.
- Resolve common customer issues regarding order delivery delays, missing or damaged items, and product exchanges.
- Execute back-office administration tasks efficiently using multiple software tools and CRMs.
- Engage with customers across social media platforms for specific regional markets when required.
- Maintain high quality and customer satisfaction standards across all interactions.
- Language Skills: Native or C1-level proficiency in Dutch, with B2-level English for internal communication and tools.
- Technical Skills: Strong PC literacy, proficiency in MS Office, and a typing speed of at least 25 WPM (30 WPM preferred) with 85%+ accuracy.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or high-volume support roles is a plus, but not required.
- Soft Skills: Excellent written communication, multitasking abilities, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Location: Remote (Must be based in or relocating to Greece)
- Contract Duration: 8-month contract
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday with occasional weekend shifts
- Hours: Rotating shifts between 09:00 and 21:00
