What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Deliver world-class customer service by responding to inbound calls, providing product knowledge, troubleshooting issues, and resolving customer concerns
  • Process orders, update customer accounts, and maintain accurate records in internal systems
  • Effectively multitask between handling customer inquiries and navigating multiple systems
  • Display strong attention to detail while managing customer interactions
  • Identify sales opportunities to proactively offer solutions that meet customer needs

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service or sales experience, with at least 6 months in a virtual call center setting
  • Exceptional communication and active listening skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
  • Ability to manage incoming calls (up to 40 per day) while seated for extended periods
  • Must pass a background screening, be at least 18 years old, and possess a GED or High School Diploma
  • Legally permitted to work in the United States
