What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Deliver world-class customer service by responding to inbound calls, providing product knowledge, troubleshooting issues, and resolving customer concerns
- Process orders, update customer accounts, and maintain accurate records in internal systems
- Effectively multitask between handling customer inquiries and navigating multiple systems
- Display strong attention to detail while managing customer interactions
- Identify sales opportunities to proactively offer solutions that meet customer needs
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service or sales experience, with at least 6 months in a virtual call center setting
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Ability to manage incoming calls (up to 40 per day) while seated for extended periods
- Must pass a background screening, be at least 18 years old, and possess a GED or High School Diploma
- Legally permitted to work in the United States
