This role in Global Drug Safety is primarily an administrative and project support position, aimed at assisting various tasks and processes that help ensure compliance, documentation accuracy, and coordination across functions and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Support: Provide essential support for Global Drug Safety projects and meet deadlines with high-quality outcomes.
- Document Management: Edit, scan, print, and file documents in compliance with Arriello quality standards and good documentation practices.
- Documentation and Reporting: Revise, format, and prepare various documents including templates, reports, manuals, and plans.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Quality, Regulatory Affairs) and external stakeholders, including Competent Authorities, clients, and vendors.
- Monitoring & Tracking: Track department activities, monitor safety mailboxes, and update project files and databases.
Requirements
- Experience: 0-1 years in a medical or safety department, with foundational knowledge of medical terminology.
- Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective team player with excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in verbal and written English.
- Positive, results-oriented approach, with a commitment to excellence in support and compliance.
