What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints
- Maintain a thorough understanding of products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively
- Accurately document customer interactions and transactions across all tools/platforms
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems as necessary
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months of call center experience required
- Strong typing skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products and Salesforce
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Experience in maintaining engagement on calls with minimal distractions
- Demonstrated superb attendance record
