What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Act as a liaison between hospital staff, nurses, pharmacies, patients, and providers
  • Triage inbound calls for multiple healthcare facilities
  • Manage and maintain daily provider schedules for each facility
  • Relay daily schedule changes and process updates to staff and management
  • Accurately document and enter inbound/outbound calls into the appropriate database

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Approximately one year of office experience in a medical setting
  • Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to handle stress and conflict well while working with minimal supervision
