2. About the Opportunity:
The Representative, Customer Experience plays a key role in facilitating communication and resolving issues between customers and support teams worldwide. This position is responsible for implementing new procedures, contributing to program development, identifying business opportunities, and managing daily activities related to cargo movement. The role ensures smooth operations and strengthens customer relationships within the logistics framework.
3. Responsibilities:
• Provide effective communication and customer service
• Resolve problems related to customer orders and cargo movement
• Collaborate with customers and global support teams including management, account management, systems, operations, and sales
• Implement new procedures and assist in developing new programs
• Identify new business potentials to enhance customer relationships
• Execute daily operations for cargo movement
4. Requirements:
• Experience in customer service or logistics coordination
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple global teams
• Capability to implement new procedures and support program development
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
