Customer Service Representative - March 2026 Start - Inbound Only

About the Opportunity:

The organization is seeking friendly, motivated individuals to support Veterans through an inbound call center. The role involves assisting customers by answering incoming calls and providing solutions in a professional and positive manner.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their questions.

• Provide excellent service with a positive approach.

• Document call details in the system.

• Solve problems and help customers find solutions.

• Build positive relationships with a variety of people.

• Stay up-to-date on processes and procedures.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.

• Strong communication skills and a desire to help others.

• Attention to detail and reliability.

• Ability to adapt and work well in a team.

• Preferred one year of call center experience.

• General office skills and knowledge of standard office computer equipment.

• Ability to obtain and pass a VA government background check.

• Two forms of valid ID (one must be a REAL ID or U.S. passport).

• U.S. citizenship (work sponsorship not available).

• Ability to operate computer, telephone, copier, and fax machines.

• Physical ability to finger, grasp, feel, see, sit, hear, and speak; position is sedentary with minimal lifting.

Compensation:

• $17.20 per hour plus $4.77 per hour health and wellness allowance (up to 40 hours) for a total of $21.97 per hour.
