Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Call Agent at KP DigiServe. The Call Agent will be primarily responsible for making outbound sales calls to potential customers across Germany. Day-to-day tasks include providing exceptional customer service, assisting with account-related concerns, and accurately documenting customer interactions. The role also involves ensuring timely resolutions that align with company protocols and delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Fluent German (mandatory) – spoken and written
  • Prior experience in outbound sales, telesales, or call center sales is an advantage
  • Availability to work in German time zone
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong time management skills
  • Personal laptop/desktop, stable internet connection, and headset required
  • Working knowledge of English is good to have.
