Role Description
This is an English-speaking part-time, remote role for a Customer Support Representative at Regina Jewelry. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include providing timely and professional responses via email or chat, handling technical support needs, and identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience. The position also involves collaborating closely with the team to maintain a high standard of service and brand image.
Qualifications
- NATIVE ENGLISH SPEAKER OR NEAR-NATIVE PROFICIENCY

- Prior experience in Customer Support, ideally at a fashion brand / ecommerce business, is a must (we are using Zendesk and Shopify)
.
Ideally you are registered as an Autonomo (able to invoice us as your client)
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills to communicate effectively and empathetically with a diverse customer base.
- Basic Technical Support skills to troubleshoot and resolve simple issues for customers.
- Prior experience in fashion or e-commerce customer support is a plus.
