Job Description:

We support our customers as a competent partner in digital strategy and media management - with a special focus on the automotive, telecommunications, IT services and technology sectors.

We are looking for a new team member in our Croatian team for a full-time remote role with a focus on project management, especially with experience in the digital sector (IT, marketing, strategy) as soon as possible. The Project Support will be responsible for providing technical and customer support, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining effective communication with team members and clients on a daily basis.1.    Your tasks

- Processing of market inquiries and change requests via ticketing system (Jira, ITSM, IDS, ...) for the central department with the following focus:

- Authentication and authorization problems

- Product and master data maintenance

- General inquiries about problems in the sales systems

- Root cause analyses

- Quality assurance

- Documentation in a knowledge database

- Defect management

2. Your profile

- You have a business-oriented degree or relevant work experience in a similar professional field

- You have already gained experience in digital projects

- Common tools such as Jira, Confluence and MS Office are no challenge for you

- Analytical thinking skills and a quick grasp of things

- Business fluent in written and spoken English and German (considered a plus)

- Initial experience with X-Ray (Atlassian) and/or ITSM advantageous

- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented approach

- You have an eye for detail but at the same time do not lose sight of the big picture

- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote setting
