Role Overview:
We’re looking for a highly motivated Customer Support Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable multitasking under pressure. You’ll be the first point of contact for our players, handling inquiries, solving problems, and making sure every user walks away with a positive experience. The role requires sharp thinking, quick responses, and the ability to manage multiple chats and tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle multiple live chats and email tickets efficiently and accurately
- Resolve customer issues related to account access, deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay
- Communicate clearly and professionally, even under pressure
- Escalate technical or account-related concerns to relevant departments when needed
- Stay updated on platform changes, promotions, and internal policies
- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to internal processes
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a high-volume customer support or live chat role
- Professional written English (clear, polite, and accurate communication)
- Ability to multitask and manage several conversations at once without losing focus
- Excellent written English (other languages are a plus)
- Familiarity with crypto and online casino or sportsbook platforms preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and self-sufficiency
- Reliable internet and ability to work remotely
- Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, or holidays if needed
