Role Overview:

We’re looking for a highly motivated Customer Support Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable multitasking under pressure. You’ll be the first point of contact for our players, handling inquiries, solving problems, and making sure every user walks away with a positive experience. The role requires sharp thinking, quick responses, and the ability to manage multiple chats and tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle multiple live chats and email tickets efficiently and accurately
  • Resolve customer issues related to account access, deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, even under pressure
  • Escalate technical or account-related concerns to relevant departments when needed
  • Stay updated on platform changes, promotions, and internal policies
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to internal processes

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a high-volume customer support or live chat role
  • Professional written English (clear, polite, and accurate communication)
  • Ability to multitask and manage several conversations at once without losing focus
  • Excellent written English (other languages are a plus)
  • Familiarity with crypto and online casino or sportsbook platforms preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and self-sufficiency
  • Reliable internet and ability to work remotely
  • Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, or holidays if needed
