My client, a world leading crypto platform, is looking for Complaints Handlers, to support their European team. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team as they strengthen their complaints department on an initial 6 month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Swiftly gather, analyse, and document customer issues and resolutions with efficiency and precision
  • Lead comprehensive investigations for consumer arbitrations collaborating closely with internal legal and compliance teams
  • Resolve advanced escalations independently by leveraging available tools and resources
  • Address persistent customer issues by enhancing processes and ensuring compliance with legal standards

Key Requirements:

  • Strong consumer complaints experience
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Apps, JIRA, and Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Experience in complaints management, compliance, regulatory, legal, or fraud/disputes resolution
