• Providing basic to complex technical information via phone calls or email;
• Ensuring users understand and can follow, showing understanding and consideration for their issues;
• Offering technical assistance to users, on your own or via collaborating with colleagues;
• Constantly stiving to improve personal skillset and performance for better customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Great verbal and written skills in English (B2);
• In depth knowledge of PCs and operating systems;
• Customer-oriented and eager to improve and learn;
• Analytical thinker with a team player attitude.
