SKL Technology is currently searching for a motivated Senior Microsoft Power Apps Developer to join our growing client within their Services Division.

The role involves delivering end-to-end development across Microsoft Power Platform solutions, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, build, and implement applications that support critical business processes. You will play a key role in modernising workflows, improving data management, and driving automation across enterprise systems.

This position requires someone who can operate across both hands-on development and solution design, with a strong focus on Power Apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate. You will be responsible for building scalable applications, managing data migrations, and ensuring governance, security, and performance across the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop Power Apps (canvas and model-driven apps) to support business workflows and operational processes.
2. Implement and manage Dataverse as the primary data platform, ensuring structured and scalable data models.
3. Build and configure Power Automate flows to enable workflow automation, validation, and system notifications.
4. Lead data migration activities, including transitioning data from legacy platforms (e.g. SharePoint Lists) into Dataverse.
5. Ensure data integrity, security, and governance controls are applied across applications and datasets.
6. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, refine solutions, and iterate on application design.
7. Produce clear technical documentation, including solution design, data models, and support procedures.
8. Support user training, knowledge transfer, and post-deployment support to ensure successful adoption.
