About the Company

Qube Markets is looking for a Senior Product Manager to take full ownership of our product strategy and execution. This role will lead and integrate the entire product function, working closely with trading, tech, compliance, and business teams across regions. This role will lead and integrate the entire product function, working closely with trading, tech, compliance, and business teams across regions.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end product management across Qube Markets’ product suite
  • Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with business and regulatory needs
  • Work closely with engineering, trading, compliance, and operations to deliver scalable solutions
  • Translate complex business and market requirements into clear product specifications
  • Drive rapid iteration, continuous improvement, and data-informed decision-making
  • Act as the key product interface between Chinese- and English-speaking teams

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in fintech, trading, crypto, or financial services
  • Proven experience owning products in regulated or high-risk environments

Required Skills

  • Strong ability to operate independently with high accountability and ownership
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, fast changes, and frequent iteration
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) — required for effective communication with our global product and delivery teams

Preferred Skills

  • Curious, adaptable, and open to new ideas, tools, and ways of working
