Client Success Manager – Large Recruiting ProjectsRole Type: Full-time, remote-first with EU overlap About The Role We’re hiring a Client Success Manager/Director to own the success, retention, and growth of our largest client accounts. You will be responsible for ensuring that clients get consistent hiring results, seamless delivery, and a best-in-class experience across large, multi-country recruiting projects. This role combines client relationship ownership, delivery excellence, and commercial responsibility. You will ensure recruiters perform, roles are matched correctly, clients are onboarded smoothly, and renewal/upsell opportunities are captured. A key part of this role is driving scaled, product-led delivery — reducing manual processes, cutting unnecessary meetings, and working with Product to build systems that make delivery faster, clearer, and more automated. What You’ll DoClient Ownership & Delivery

  • Own relationships with key client accounts and act as their primary point of contact
  • Lead onboarding and kickoff processes to ensure fast, confident activation
  • Build and manage delivery plans for large recruiting projects across multiple locations and role types
  • Monitor delivery performance and proactively solve risks before they escalate
  • Ensure clients consistently receive value, transparency, and trust in the process

Renewals, Expansion & Commercial Impact

  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities based on hiring volume, geography, or teams
  • Report on account performance, revenue potential, and client sentiment
  • Collaborate with Sales to transition won deals into successful long-term accounts

Who You Are

  • 5–10+ years in TA Leadership, Client Success, Account Management, RPO delivery roles
  • Innovation mindset — you think in systems, automation, and product-led solutions, not manual processes or endless meetings
  • Excellent communicator, able to influence senior HR and business stakeholders
  • Native/C2 in English; additional European languages are a plus
