Overview
We are seeking a motivated and people-focused Remote Client Acquisition Specialist to connect with potential clients and guide them through our services. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy meaningful conversations, understand how to build trust remotely, and are driven by results.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective clients through pre-arranged phone or video appointments to establish rapport and assess interest.
- Ask thoughtful questions to understand client goals, challenges, and priorities, then clearly communicate relevant program solutions.
- Deliver clear, confident explanations that help clients evaluate options and move forward with clarity.
- Document conversations, follow-ups, and progress accurately using company-provided platforms and systems.
- Engage in optional coaching, training, and skill-building sessions to enhance communication, confidence, and effectiveness.
- Serve as a professional ambassador of the organization’s values, demonstrating integrity, service, and a commitment to community empowerment in every interaction.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Comfort and confidence speaking with clients via phone and video platforms
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Prior experience in client relations, sales, or customer engagement is a plus but not required
