NOTE: Finden has recently launched and we have a solid product in a growing market. The Remuneration for this role will be based on KPI-Linked Equity and the candidate will also receive a high commission for deals. The role will also convert to a permanent paid position once the first £1m is raised.Company Description

Role Description

Finden is seeking a Commercial Lead (with Solid Rolodex) to drive and oversee key commercial operations and establish strategic relationships with clients and partners. This is a role responsible for identifying growth opportunities, managing customer accounts, optimizing purchasing strategies, and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales and customer engagement strategies. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to a growing and innovative organization.

Qualifications

  • Proficient Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Strong Sales expertise with experience in closing deals, identifying opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
  • Skilled in Purchasing and Account Management with the ability to optimize procurement processes and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strategic mindset and a proven track record of driving business growth and revenue generation.
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills to manage responsibilities in a remote work environment.
  • Familiarity with tech products, particularly AI solutions, will be considered a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a solid network within the industry are advantageous.
