ABOUT PLUSS COMMUNITIES
Pluss Communities is a high-growth Australian SaaS company transforming engagement and service delivery across seniors living communities in Australia and New Zealand. We build fully customised, branded communications apps and operational software for large multi-site retirement village, land lease and residential aged care operators.
We are entering a strong growth phase and are looking for a commercially driven Enterprise Account Manager to scale our impact across Australia’s leading seniors living organisations.
THE OPPORTUNITY
You will manage a portfolio of 15–20 large, multi-site seniors living organisations across Australia and New Zealand, with full responsibility for growing and maximising ARR across your portfolio.
This role combines enterprise relationship management, customer success leadership and commercial revenue expansion. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will work closely with business development, customer success, product and implementation teams to drive strong adoption, rapid rollout and sustained revenue growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise customers
• Grow and maximise ARR across your portfolio
• Develop and execute strategic account plans
• Drive rapid multi-site rollout across customer portfolios
• Increase product adoption and platform utilisation
• Identify and execute upsell and expansion opportunities
• Promote Pluss Professional Services and integration opportunities
• Grow bookings and payments revenue
• Manage renewals and protect long-term contract value
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and executive engagement
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
• Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
• Portfolio ARR growth
• Site rollout velocity
• Product adoption metrics
• Payments and transaction revenue growth
• Executive stakeholder engagement
ABOUT YOU
• 5+ years’ experience in enterprise SaaS account management or customer growth
• Proven track record growing ARR within enterprise accounts
• Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder organisations
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Ideally experience within health, aged care or seniors living
• Experience in high-growth or scale-up technology environments highly regarded
