Our client is a high-growth, direct-to-consumer subscription brand operating in the pet care space, supporting tens of thousands of customers across the UK and now expanding internationally.
Following 20% year-on-year growth and a recent European launch, they are entering an exciting new phase of scale. With a rebrand completed and acquisition accelerating, the business is investing in product capability to strengthen customer journeys, improve retention, and unlock further commercial performance.
The Product Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting acquisition and retention initiatives across a subscription-led ecommerce platform, working closely with a senior product leader to drive delivery, improve process maturity, and optimise commercial outcomes.
Role Highlights – core tasks & impact
- Own backlog grooming and ensure strong user story quality
- Lead initiatives across checkout, subscription management and customer portal
- Partner with UX to drive research-led improvements
- Improve conversion, LTV and key commercial metrics
- Support roadmap delivery across the UK and European markets
- Reporting to the Head of Product for EMEA
- You will work alongside senior stakeholders while gaining genuine ownership over delivery, experimentation and continuous improvement.
- They are a B Corp Centrified business
You Will Need – key skills & experience
- Background in D2C, ecommerce, subscription products or similar
- Hands-on use of Jira, Miro and Figma
- Confidence working cross-functionally with engineering and design
- Curiosity around AI and experimentation within product development is advantageous, but not needed
