What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Enter new client information in the company database and set up client accounts in company software
- Oversee client pages in the CRM and update with all add-ons and relevant details
- Take notes during client calls and provide clear documentation for creative teams
- Review sales calls, capturing intricate details and conveying information to the team
- Track all documents, requirements, and project assets, keeping them organized and easily accessible
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Experience in client onboarding, account setup, or client success roles
- Excellent communication, comprehension, and note-taking skills
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, teamwork, ticketing systems, virtual meetings, and other related software
- General understanding of digital marketing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
