What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide exceptional support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients in understanding and navigating financial products and services
- Resolve client issues and concerns efficiently, ensuring satisfaction
- Document client interactions accurately in the system
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure comprehensive client support
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Must be located in Missouri and able to work remotely
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Previous experience in customer service or client support
- Familiarity with financial services or a relevant industry
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Strong organizational skills and capacity to manage multiple tasks
