Role Description

This is a remote, commission-only contract role for a Sales Partner specializing in AI Automation. The Sales Partner will identify potential sales prospects, build and maintain relationships, and guide them through sales dialogues. The individual will collaborate with clients to identify their automation needs and align Ops-Copilot's solutions to meet their objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting, account management, presentations, follow-ups, and closing deals to drive customer adoption of AI and RPA solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored automation solutions.
  • Experience in Account Management and building long-term relationships with clients to ensure continued success and satisfaction.
  • Proven background in Sales, including prospecting, lead generation, and converting opportunities into closed deals.
  • Ability to work with Channel Partners to expand reach, collaborate on joint strategies, and enhance solution delivery.
  • Self-motivation, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a commission-focused contract role.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or AI solutions is a plus.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect and engage decision-makers (Heads of Operations, Sales Ops, Finance) at UK-based Professional Services and Financial Services firms
  • Run consultative discovery calls to identify automation opportunities
  • Present tailored solutions using OpsCopilot's case studies and ROI data
  • Close deals (£2k–£10k+ initial engagements)
  • Build long-term client relationships with recurring revenue potential

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

  • Generate 5-10 qualified conversations per week
  • Close 2-3 initial deals
  • Build a pipeline of £30k+ potential revenue
