We’re hiring a Client Success Executive to manage and optimise next-generation LinkedIn lead generation campaigns for B2B clients across the globe.
You will work directly with 20-30 B2B clients to define ICP targeting, build and refine lead lists, create and optimise campaign messaging, and run regular client strategy and performance meetings.
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role. You must deeply understand LinkedIn as a platform — including how targeting, messaging, and positioning influence response rates and pipeline. This role is less about years of experience and more about mindset, commercial thinking, and exceptional communication ability.
Non-negotiables:
- UK-based (must be physically based in the UK)
- English as first-language
- Marketing graduate from a top university
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking
- Highly articulate, thoughtful, and client-credible
Ideals:
- B2B sales experience
- Experience in a B2B client-services role
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn (Sales Navigator, ICP definition, and outreach strategy)
Package:
- Base of £25k - £35k (dep. on exp) + commission (retention + upsells) OTE £50k+
- Fully remote role
- Reporting directly to the CEO
- High ownership and autonomy
- Immediate start possible
