We are expanding our digital presence and are seeking a reliable and organised Digital Marketing Manager to support online visibility and enquiry management.

About the Role

This is a remote, contract-based marketing role suited to a professional who values autonomy, clear processes and working within a structured, results-based environment.

In this role, you will contribute to digital promotion activities, manage inbound enquiries, and support ongoing brand visibility. The position involves independent day-to-day responsibilities, supported by established systems, onboarding, and regular team communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support digital promotion across approved online channels
  • Respond to inbound enquiries via email and phone
  • Follow structured communication processes to manage and qualify enquiries
  • Assist with marketing campaigns and digital content
  • Maintain accurate records within the company CRM
  • Participate in virtual meetings and training sessions
  • Contribute ideas to improve visibility and engagement
