What is Dreamshot

We are an AI-native creative agency. We produce images and video for brands like

Inditex, Adidas, Toyota and WordPress, generated 100% with AI and held to the standard

of a conventional campaign, because that is what we compete against.

We are a team of six growing fast. Our creative team are excellent at producing and are

currently spending too much of their day on coordination, briefs, file chasing and

client emails. That is the job we are hiring for.

---

Your mission

Own the delivery of our client projects end to end, so the creative team can stay

on the creative work. You are the person who knows the status of every project,

who is doing what, what the client actually asked for, and whether we are going to

make the date. You are the bridge: briefs in, work out, feedback landed, invoice

collected.

You will not be alone with it. The founder keeps the strategic accounts and the

commercial relationship. You run the machine underneath.

---

What you'll do

The plan and the schedule (50%)

- Turn a brief into a plan: deliverables, dates, who does what, and the buffer

before the publication date. You build it and you keep it current.

- Coordinate the internal creatives and a bench of external freelancers: who is on

what, and by when. As the bench grows, you are the person who runs it.

- Track the revision cycles: what round we are on, what changed, and when a

request has left the scope we sold. You are the one who spots that and raises it,

before we absorb it for free.

- Set up how we work. Briefs, versions, handoffs and file structure are yours to

define, and there is no legacy system to inherit.

- Before anything goes out, check it against what we promised: the right pieces,

the right formats and sizes, the right version, nothing missing. Whether the work

is good enough is the creative team's judgement. Whether it is complete, on brief

 and on time is yours.

The client's day to day (30%)

- Run the capacity check before we commit to a date. If we cannot do it well, you

say so before we say yes. You will not be handed an impossible deadline that

 somebody else agreed to.

- Be the client's contact day to day, in Spanish and English. The founder keeps

the commercial relationship and the pricing; you keep the project.

- Present deliveries and walk the client through them, with the creative team

 behind you for the rationale.

- Turn client feedback into instructions the creative team can act on, which

usually means asking the second question the client did not answer.

Account admin (20%)

- Keep the terms honest: deposit before kickoff, milestones, invoicing on delivery.

- Chase payment, politely and on a schedule. It is a fifth of the job, our

gestoria does the paperwork, and it is the difference between a nice account and

 a real one.

- Bring freelancers and suppliers on board: agreement, invoicing details, access.

---

What we're looking for

Must have:

- 3 to 5 years in an agency, production company or in-house creative team,

running client accounts and production at the same time.

- Real experience coordinating multiple concurrent projects, where you built and

maintained the schedule yourself. If a producer or a traffic team kept the plan

updated for you, this is not the same job.

- Experience briefing and coordinating external freelancers or suppliers.

- C1-C2 English, written and spoken, with client meetings in it. Several of our

 accounts are international.

- Written clarity. Your briefs are unambiguous and your status updates are short.

- Comfortable with numbers at an operational level: budgets, hours, invoices,

what is outstanding. You do not need to be an accountant.

- Organized to the point where it annoys other people, and not embarrassed about

 following up three times.

Nice to have:

- Retail, fashion, ecommerce or automotive clients.

- Experience with a remote or distributed production team, including LATAM

 timezones.

- Comfort with AI production tools. You do not need to produce, but you should

 understand what you are scheduling.

---

How we work

Small team, high ownership, low bureaucracy.

- Autonomous: you see what needs doing and do it. We give you the objective and

the definition of done, and leave the how to you.

- Direct: you flag a problem early. A problem raised in time gets fixed; raised

 late, it does not.

- Honest: if we are going to miss a date, we say so before the date, to the

 client, with a plan.

---

What we offer

- Permanent contract, full-time.

- 100 percent remote from Spain, with optional onsite in Madrid 1-2 days/week.

- Standard week Monday to Thursday 8.5 h and Friday 6 h, core hours 10:00-14:00 CET.

- 22 working days holiday, plus 24 and 31 December, plus your birthday off.

- Company laptop and the tools your role needs.

- AI Training relevant to your role, with time during work hours.

- Premium brands and real campaigns from week one, in a studio that produces with

 AI every day.

Things we do not have yet: private health insurance, meal vouchers, a formal

training budget, team retreats. We would like them. They do not exist today.

---

What success looks like

In 1 month: you know every live project, its state and its dates, and the creative

team has stopped chasing status. Client emails come to you first.

In 3 months: you run your portfolio of accounts without supervision. Deliveries go

out with buffer, revisions stay inside scope, and overdue invoices are being

collected on a schedule instead of when someone remembers.

In 6 months: you own delivery. You can absorb a new account without anything else

slipping, you have a bench of freelancers you can activate, and the creative team

spends its day producing rather than coordinating.
