Growth Marketing Manager (Events)
Job Description
Posted on: October 14, 2025
About The Role The Growth Marketing Manager will build, own, and be accountable for the entire marketing funnel. You will support the Head of Growth Marketing B2C by executing our growth strategy, encompassing both customer acquisition and retention marketing. As the Growth Manager (Events), you will drive marketing activities across all stages of the customer journey — from acquisition and activation to loyalty and advocacy — with a strong focus on community engagement and event-driven growth. You’ll work closely with the CEO and Head of Growth Marketing in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment that values speed, innovation, and experimentation. This role requires a strong marketer who thrives on using AI, data, and creativity to drive measurable growth. You will explore and apply emerging technologies to optimize event performance, build meaningful relationships with audiences, and deliver experiences that strengthen our brand and community. Working cross-functionally with the events, data, and creative teams, you will design and execute data-driven growth plans — curating meet-up content, managing schedules, coordinating speakers, and crafting campaigns that drive registration, engagement, and retention. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive event attendance, retention, and customer engagement.
- Leverage AI and automation tools to optimize targeting, personalization, and content performance across marketing channels.
- Collaborate directly with the CEO and Head of Growth Marketing to launch, test, and iterate on initiatives with fast feedback loops.
- Measure and report the performance of all campaigns; assess against ROI and KPIs to guide data-backed decision-making.
- Implement testing strategies for landing pages, creatives, and messaging to identify what resonates best with different customer segments.
- Build and execute omnichannel event marketing strategies (PR, digital paid, earned, and owned) to maximize reach and conversions.
- Champion AI-driven storytelling and data-based insights to enhance customer experience and event performance.
- Use behavioral and lifecycle data to segment audiences and personalize communication across the funnel, improving conversion and retention metrics.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners — including event sponsors — to create compelling campaigns and co-marketing opportunities.
- Support go-to-market plans for new events or products, ensuring alignment between brand messaging, customer insights, and revenue goals.
- Compile performance reports and present insights and improvement strategies to executive leadership.
- Maintain a bias toward speed, proactive execution, and continuous improvement, with a focus on outcomes and innovation.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in B2C Growth Marketing with proven success in event or community-driven marketing.
- Hands-on experience using AI-powered tools, marketing automation, or analytics platforms to drive performance and efficiency.
- Demonstrated experience running demand generation or lifecycle marketing programs.
- Proven ability to deliver fast, high-quality work and adapt quickly to feedback or changing priorities.
- Strong analytical skills and a track record of launching, measuring, and optimizing campaigns for growth.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working directly with senior leadership, including the CEO.
- Solid background in customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Strong project management skills — able to lead multiple campaigns from concept to execution with clear ownership and accountability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
- A proactive, creative, and data-driven problem-solver who constantly explores AI and innovation to elevate marketing impact.
