Join our customer's team as a Concierge and become the go-to expert for providing outstanding, personalized service to guests. As a remote concierge, you will deliver seamless guest experiences by offering expert guidance on local attractions, managing reservations, and arranging special requests—all while demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and top-tier communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and engaging information about local shopping, dining, nightlife, and recreational destinations.

• Make reservations for guests, including dining, spa treatments, golf tee times, and secure tickets for exclusive events.

• Offer clear and friendly directions to guests for various locations and activities.

• Coordinate special requests such as ordering flowers, arranging gifts, or organizing in-room amenities.

• Arrange travel and sightseeing tours, ensuring memorable and personalized experiences.

• Collaborate remotely with team members to address guest needs efficiently and professionally.

• Utilize data annotation and digital tools to capture guest preferences and feedback, driving continuous service improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in concierge services, hospitality, or a related customer-facing role.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a strong focus on clarity and empathy.

• High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all arrangements and guest interactions.

• Proficiency in remote collaboration tools for seamless teamwork.

• Demonstrated experience with data annotation and accurate record-keeping.

• Knowledge of budgeting software for guest service expenses and event planning.

• Basic understanding of operating IoT security systems for property and guest safety.

Preferred Qualifications

• Multilingual abilities to better serve an international guest base.

• Previous experience supporting guests or clients in a fully remote environment.

• Familiarity with high-end luxury or boutique hospitality standards.
