We are hiring for a fully remote, part-time role (20 hours per week).🕒 Shift Time:
2:00 PM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday

This is an independent contractor role:
• Payment is based only on hours worked
• You are responsible for your own taxes and statutory obligations
• No additional benefits will be provided
💼 Job Responsibilities
• Manage and build strong relationships with merchants
• Act as the main point of contact and resolve issues
• Analyze data and KPIs to identify risks and growth opportunities
• Implement retention and reactivation strategies
• Communicate the platform’s value proposition
• Maintain records using CRM and reporting tools
