Guided by experienced Japan tour guides, we uncover hidden gems and local traditions that go beyond typical tourist experiences. We handle every stage of tour operation, from designing, selling and delivering tours B to C.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Japan Specialist Travel Consultant. In this role, you will assist clients in creating and costing tailor-made travel itineraries and securing bookings. You will provide personalized customer service to ensure a positive and seamless travel experience, offering expert advice on Japan’s culture, destinations, and travel options. Collaboration with the team to deliver high-quality experiences and meet client expectations is key to this position.

Qualifications

• Skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to design customised travel itineraries and ensure smooth planning processes
• Experience in Tour Creation and handling Reservations efficiently while maintaining close attention to detail
• Strong Customer Service skills to deliver exceptional client experiences and address inquiries effectively
• Knowledge of Japanese culture, geography, and travel logistics is highly desirable
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Previous experience in the travel industry or as a travel consultant, and knowledge of Japan are a must
