We are looking for an addition to the team to execute day-to-day compliance activities and partner with our clients to assist them efficiently accessing the US alcohol market.

About the Role

We are looking to fill an open full-time Compliance position for our USAWW division of MHW. In this role, you would be responsible for prioritizing and managing a wide variety of daily tasks for the Compliance department - both regulatory and customer service-related. This position reports directly to the Compliance Director and is a completely remote role, however, employee must live in one of the following states: New York, New Jersey, Florida, California or Maine.

ResponsibilitiesRegulatory Management & Filing

• Execute Filings: Prepare and submit federal and state beverage alcohol applications to secure product approvals.
• Report Maintenance: File monthly tax and gallonage reports accurately and on time.
• Expert Guidance: Interpret complex regulations to advise clients on compliance status and resolve regulatory denials.
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot products that fail internal purchase order validation or compliance checks.

Client & Agency Relations

• Communication: Manage high-volume correspondence (email/phone) with clients and regulatory agencies.
• Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with customer service and internal departments to provide compliance solutions.

Operations

• Adaptability: Manage a diverse daily workload and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of legal/administrative experience (preferably within Alcohol Beverage industry)
• 1-3+ years of data entry experience
• High level of attention to detail
• Excellent organization and task management skills
• High Level Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Exhibits passion for being a good communicator and team player
