• Provide Occupational Therapy across a varied caseload (paediatrics → adults)

• Conduct home, school, and community‑based sessions

• Complete functional capacity assessments, home modifications, and equipment prescription

• Write clear, high‑quality reports aligned with NDIS standards

• Build trusting relationships with clients, families, and other professionals

• Access a wide range of assessments, tools, and clinical resources

• Work independently while staying connected to a supportive, collaborative team

You Will Have:

• At least 1 year of experience within the NDIS sector

• Strong communication and rapport‑building skills

• A passion for person centred, meaningful, strengths-based practice

• Excellent time‑management and clinical reasoning

• Experience across paediatrics, home modifications, or equipment prescription (highly regarded)

• Recognised Occupational Therapy qualification

• Current or eligible OTA registration
