Pay: $27.64 - $34.29 per hour Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and concerns
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products and services
• Understand clients' needs and provide proactive customized solutions to meet their unique requirements
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback, identify areas for improvement, and maintain a deep understanding of their evolving needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex client issues in a timely manner
• Actively promote and upsell Mercodia's products and services to clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion
• Educate clients on the features and benefits of our products and services, and provide training and support as needed
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to provide insights and strategize new ways to enhance client satisfaction and retention

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the biotech or life sciences industry
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively, with exceptional attention to detail
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service and commitment to client success
