Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Out Of Hours / Nights Business Travel Consultant. The role involves providing comprehensive travel services to clients, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy outside standard business hours. Responsibilities include resolving travel issues, ensuring adherence to company policies, providing expert advice, and using specialized systems to support clients' travel needs during evenings, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in travel booking systems, flight and hotel reservation platforms, and related travel technology
  • Strong customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and a professional demeanor
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Knowledge of the travel industry, trends, and regulations, as well as general geography and destinations
  • Ability to work independently during non-standard business hours with a focus on attention to detail
  • Experience in corporate or business travel consulting is an asset
  • Multi-tasking, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Knowledge of GDS (Global Distribution Systems) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is preferred
