The Opportunity 🌟

We’re looking for a super-organised, detail-obsessed Accounts Receivable & Admin Assistant to join our team at LickYourPhone Media, Australia’s leading restaurant marketing agency.

In this role, you’ll take charge of tracking payments, and client account admin, ensuring things run like clockwork behind the scenes. If you love getting into the nitty gritty, staying ahead of emails, and following up payments with confidence and professionalism, this is for you.

📍This is a Contractor role, with Remote Work (Australia-based, Sydney hours). Hours are Monday to Friday, 3–4 hours/day, split between morning and afternoon.

What You'll Do 📋

• Manage accounts receivable inboxes and procedures
• Track and follow up on payments and update records in Xero and Stripe
• Liaise with clients professionally to resolve payment issues
• Respond to client emails professionally and efficiently
• Support broader admin tasks and keep our systems and processes running smoothly

What We’re Looking For 🎯

• Proven experience in Accounts Receivable, finance, or admin support
• You’re confident in following up on payments respectfully.
• Strong written and phone communication skills
• Amazing attention to detail. Seriously, you spot everything
• Experience with Stripe and Xero is a big plus
• You’re organised, self-directed, and reliable
• You love a clean inbox and a completed checklist
• Bonus if you’ve worked remotely or with agencies before
