- 2 years of call center experince
- Experience managing 60+ inbound phone calls
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities As a Service Intake Liaison, you will act as the critical link between customers and our service technicians, ensuring smooth communication and efficient resolution of service needs. You will serve as the subject matter expert and real-time troubleshooter for customers experiencing issues, while coordinating with technical teams to deliver timely solutions. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, technical understanding, and the ability to manage high-volume inbound inquiries with professionalism and accuracy. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Miami, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
