Senior Director, Provider Relations

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director Provider Relations to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. You’ll play a key role delivering outcomes for customers and stakeholders in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally and take ownership of priorities. This role offers visibility, growth, and impact. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $148,000 – $274,200 annually. Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Provider Relations Managers and Network Performance advisors
• Conduct field visits with Provider Relations Representatives for coaching
• Identify skill set deficiencies and implement development plans
• Monitor provider performance action plans and improvements
• Drive performance improvements by analyzing financial and quality metrics
• Collaborate with internal departments to solve operational challenges
• Strategize growth and retention for High Performing Practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required
• 8+ years of provider relations experience required
• 5+ years of management experience required
• Deep understanding of HEDIS and STARS measures
• Experience with Risk and Value-Based contractual arrangements
