We’re looking for Bookings Coordinators to join us on a 4 Month contract, who are calm under pressure, love creating order out of complexity, and take real pride in delivering excellent patient service. This is a 4 month temporary role, ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced, meaningful work, with potential for ongoing opportunities in our expanding services. You’ll join a supportive, friendly team working remotely across the UK, helping ensure every patient has a smooth and reassuring experience. 😎What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinating and scheduling ADHD titration assessments and follow-up appointments
  • Communicating clearly and compassionately with patients and clinicians
  • Managing shared inboxes and workflow systems to keep everything running smoothly
  • Ensuring every interaction reflects Care ADHD’s tone of kindness, clarity, and professionalism
  • Working collaboratively with the wider Client Services and Clinical Operations teams
  • Maintaining accurate records and following data protection and compliance processes

🚀To thrive in this role you’ll need to:

  • Be organised, methodical, and detail-focused - you’ll be juggling multiple priorities daily
  • Communicate with empathy, confidence, and professionalism
  • Be proactive and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Stay calm and solutions-focused when things get busy
  • Have experience in administration, scheduling, or customer service (healthcare experience a plus, but not essential)
  • Enjoy learning new systems and processes (training provided)
