We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with a strong understanding of digital marketing, client relationships and B2B growth strategy.

You enjoy working closely with clients, solving problems, building long-term partnerships and helping businesses grow through meaningful marketing. You are organised, proactive, commercially minded and genuinely care about delivering great work and strong outcomes.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

This is an opportunity to step into a client-facing role working directly with business owners, CMOs, marketing teams and leadership stakeholders across Australia and internationally.

You will become a trusted extension of our clients’ teams, helping coordinate and manage integrated digital marketing programs across SEO, paid media, ABM, content marketing, analytics and web projects.

  1. Managing day-to-day client relationships and becoming a trusted point of contact across multiple accounts.
  2. Coordinating integrated digital marketing projects across SEO, paid advertising, ABM, content, analytics and web support.
  3. Leading WIP meetings, preparing agendas, following up action items and ensuring projects stay on track.
  4. Translating client discussions into clear scopes, timelines and deliverables for internal teams.
  5. Supporting reporting and insights discussions through data-driven dashboards and campaign analysis.
  6. Identifying opportunities to add value, improve performance and strengthen long-term client partnerships.
  7. Helping support proposals, onboarding documents and client presentations when required.
  8. Maintaining a high level of organisation across multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders.
  9. Ensuring communication between clients and internal teams remains clear, proactive and solutions-focused.

YOU’LL FIT RIGHT IN IF YOU

  1. Are located in Victoria, New South Wales or South Australia
  2. Have 3–5 years experience in account management, digital marketing or client service within an agency environment
  3. Enjoy B2B marketing, business growth and solving problems
  4. Can confidently manage multiple projects, stakeholders and client conversations
  5. Have strong communication, presentation and organisational skills
  6. Enjoy both strategy and rolling up your sleeves to help execute campaigns when needed
  7. Are proactive, commercially minded and thrive in fast-moving environments with steep learning curves
  8. Already actively use AI tools to improve workflows, efficiency and output
  9. Enjoy collaborating with good people in a remote-first environment
  10. Content writing and/or design experience is a strong bonus
