Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Mortgage & Protection Adviser (Self-Employed). The adviser will be responsible for providing expert advice on mortgage and protection products, tailoring financial plans to meet individual client needs, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and lenders. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client consultations, assessing financial situations, recommending suitable mortgage products, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mortgage Marketing and understanding of mortgage products
• Strong background in Finance and Financial Planning
• Knowledge and experience in Mortgages
• CeMap Qualified or equivalent certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Familiarity with UK financial regulations and compliance
