• Deliver professional and timely customer service from the initial request through completion of the scheduling process.
• Review referrals to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of information.
• Audit medical records to confirm inclusion of all necessary documentation.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and physicians.
• Coordinate and track scheduling tasks efficiently, managing multiple files simultaneously.
• Leverage knowledge of medical specialties to appropriately assign cases (preferred).
• Handle radiology and imaging files using systems like DICOM or Box.com (preferred).

Requirements

• Experience in customer service and administrative support.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.

• Familiarity with medical records and peer review processes.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
