Remote – Spain Full-time | 39h/week (Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00)Salary: €21,376 gross/year + up to €3,000 gross/year in bonusPrivate medical insuranceStart date: ASAP Job Description We are currently looking for a Customer Experience Specialist (Flemish-speaking) to join a project within the premium automotive sector. This is a fully remote position based in Spain, supporting customers who have shown interest in innovative automotive products. This role focuses on delivering a high-quality customer experience while supporting potential clients throughout their decision-making process. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct structured follow-up calls with customers who have shown interest in automotive products
  • Provide professional and customer-focused support while representing a premium brand
  • Address customer questions, concerns, and preferences related to products and pricing
  • Document and summarize customer interactions clearly to support the sales teams
  • Maintain ongoing communication with prospects and ensure a consistent customer journey
  • Ensure all interactions meet high quality and service standards

Requirements

  • Fluent Flemish and good level of English
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or client support is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in the automotive industry is a plus
  • Comfortable following structured processes and documenting customer interactions
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
